The programme for this concert will be our usual mix of the sublime, the exciting, fun etc. The first half however is themed - Chris Mallinson (our Musical Director) explains .........

“It seemed to me that in 2018 we should be commemorating the centenary of the cessation of hostilities of World War One, whilst not turning our concerts into a requiem or concentrating solely on the powerful poetry of the time. So our first half is a mix of pieces commemorating the wars along with some intentionally 'jaunty' sing-along tunes for you to join in with.”
